At Reytek, we design and manufacture stainless steel furniture, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment for controlled environments, from gowning benches and dispensers, to pass-throughs, cabinets and desiccators, carts, racks, as well as tables, workstations, and storage solutions.

We prefer to get involved as early as possible, so we can provide full-room layout planning and equipment specification. Our engineering team works with you directly to help ensure each detail aligns with your facility’s gowning protocols, operational requirements, workflows, and processes.

We came to Reytek with a pass-through requirement three other vendors said couldn't be built to our spec. Their engineers didn't flinch — they designed a solution that perfectly matched the application. When it arrived and was installed, the quality and function were perfect. We have worked with Reytek for over 20 years on custom solutions for our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Their attention to detail and design capability are unmatched. We consider their engineers as core members of our team.

When our facility was first brought into production our gown room was treated as an afterthought. This led to deep frustration for our production team and led to a serious particle contamination issue. We traced it to our gowning process and redesigned and rebuilt the room with Reytek. They actually designer the full layout and delivered the seating, racks and dispensers on time and with high quality. Reytek is in a league of their own.

We had our backs to the wall on our Fab construction due to timing. We needed to get our contractor gown rooms up and running ASAP and they delivered. From their they pointed out gaps in our design and offered an improved layout and workflow for our high volume production team. I can’t say enough about how we appreciate Reytek.

Reytek's Revit families dropped straight into my BIM model with accurate geometry and clearances, so I laid out the entire gowning room — benches, pass-throughs, storage — without guessing at dimensions or waiting on shop drawings. When I had a spec question, I reached an actual engineer, not a rep. The as-built matched my model almost exactly, which made the whole cleanroom coordination effortless.

The communication from the Reytek team is top tier. Reytek actively worked with our fast-paced project to meet our timelines and our orders were received on the dates they communicated. The quality of the equipment we received met our high-quality standards for smooth welds, surface finish, cleanability, and robustness.

History

Reytek began more than 30 years ago in a garage in Albuquerque, the same city where Sandia National Labs built the first laminar-flow cleanroom, a 1961 scientific breakthrough that would create an entire industry.

Since Reytek’s founding, we’ve grown to be the leading US manufacturer of built-to-order furniture, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment for controlled environments. In our early years, we had to outsource some production, but we steadily invested in our manufacturing tools, in our people, and in the in-house capabilities needed to design and build entire cleanroom solutions.

Today, Reytek operates a facility with TIG welded fabrication, machining, precision sheet metal, assembly, packing, and shipping capabilities. Our team draws on decades of build-to-order experience, and a library of existing equipment designs to create custom stainless steel products around each facility’s specifications, workflows, and compliance needs.

Reytek was built around practical problem solving, domestic manufacturing, direct engineering input, and designing equipment for how real facilities operate. As a certified Johnson & Johnson Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Ed combines extensive technical depth with his lifelong dedication to precision manufacturing.

Bill is a serial entrepreneur who specializes in scaling businesses, and previously built ProLaw Software into an industry-leading platform. He acquired Reytek out of an appreciation for its client-first philosophy, using his extensive corporate leadership background to support the company’s long-term strategic growth.

Lead Design Engineer

Adam draws on a lifetime of practical manufacturing experience that began directly within his family's business. Holding a degree in Architecture from the University of New Mexico, his background in architecture, structural design, and hands-on manufacturing helps us create highly tailored, technically informed solutions.

Mike Bailey

Operations Manager

Mike manages our daily facility operations, bringing 17 years of dedicated, hands-on cleanroom fabrication experience to his role. Having successfully risen through the ranks from his initial position as a fabricator, his knowledge of our production processes ensures we operate efficiently and consistently.
