We understand sometimes the delivery process can be tough on products, especially when deadlines and other concerns mean products must be moved quickly. With Reytek shipping and delivery, we exercise extra care on our end so that products are well-protected during the delivery process. In fact, sometimes our packing process takes more time than building the product itself – because even the best product is worthless if it arrives damaged and unusable. Shipping costs vary for each product, but packing and handling are included with your purchase. That means you won’t see a line item for packing materials or labor.

As products are prepared for delivery, they are thoroughly inspected for flaws or defects. We also check that all parts and hardware are accounted for.

We clean your products, once again checking for any defects or flaws, and ensuring that all parts function as they should.

Returns
Reytek Equipment LLC products are built to order and are not returnable without prior authorization from the company. Authorized returned products may be subject
order cancellation fees and costs associated with return shipping and repair.
Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to cancellation fees up to the full amount of the purchase order. Reytek Equipment LLC assumes no liability for loss or injury arising out of the use of our products beyond the warranty below. Proper installation and maintenance are the responsibility of the purchaser. Improper instillation may result in product failure, damage or injury and is the sole responsibility of the owner.
